Scientist/Senior Scientist – T Cell Biologist

About the Role

The Antibody Therapeutics team is seeking a highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist to perform discovery research and early drug development in the area of cancer immunology. The successful candidates will implement and apply cellular immunology with focus on T cell biology, biochemistry and mouse models to characterize immunotherapeutic, and will be expected to make intellectual and technical contributions.

Requirements

Ph.D. or M.S. in Immunology/ Cell Biology with a strong focus in T cell biology and/or myeloid cell with industrial and/or academic research experiences. Highly motivated, highly detailed-oriented, willing to work in a small company. In-depth knowledge and direct experiences in T cell biology skills such as Flow Cytometry, primary cell isolation and sorting, T cell assays, ELISA, DNA molecular cloning, RT-PCR, and data analysis are a must. Experiences in single-cell sequencing, DNA library construction, Biacore SPR, and Octet BLI are a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform protein expression and purification for in vitro and in vivo experiments
  • Assist in method development for protein purification protocols
  • Maintain detailed documentation of experimental results and reagent inventory
  • Perform routine maintenance of protein purification and analysis instruments
  • Perform analytical experiments to determine protein quality
